• Ticka Decorations is responsible for the content of the website, as well as the sale, shipment and guarantee of the products offered on it. To make purchases on the website, acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale described below is an essential requirement.
• Any person who performs a transaction on the website, by telephone, email or through the order form that the company uses for this purpose, declares, acknowledges and accepts each and every one of the terms and conditions described. The terms and conditions will be understood to be known and accepted whether the user registers or makes a purchase of products through this website.

Products, Orders and Deliveries

• At Ticka Decorations we offer balloons and balloon decorations of the highest quality, that is, we work with Gemar balloons.
• The customer must place their orders at least 24 hours in advance, considering 12 noon as the maximum time so that their products can be dispatched the same day. This will be subject to both product availability and the order of orders that are received. The delivery time will be informed to the customer at the time of making the purchase. If you have a schedule requirement, please contact us before placing your order.
• The products on the website are exclusive for online purchases, if you want to buy it in our stores, you must request it in advance from 24 hours to 48 hours, depending on the product. Products are subject to available stock.
• For shipments, you must indicate the exact address with postal code, house or apartment number, name of the urbanization, if it is possible to attach the location with all the data. If you provide a wrong address you will have an additional charge for delivery.
• If it is your choice to remove the bouquet or decoration in our store, take into consideration that our products are large in size and volume, they are also delicate, they must have an adequate transfer. We are not responsible for the manipulation and final result in which the Bouquet or decoration may arrive.
• If the client moves the decoration from one place to another it is under his responsibility.

Purchase and Care of Balloons

• The company Ticka Decorations wishes to carry in good terms the services provided for your decoration or social event.
• Our Bouquets must be ordered at least 3 days in advance, if you want it from one day to the next, you must confirm availability. Contact us by email: [email protected] or call us at: +16095163325
• We do not have a fixed delivery time. The client must choose the morning shift from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or afternoon- night from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. We cannot indicate an estimated delivery time, it would be at the corresponding time that you have chosen. If you want to indicate something relevant regarding the delivery, please notify us to reach an agreement.
• Helium gas is not flammable, however, it should be taken into account that when helium balloons are placed in front of the air conditioning, the gas particles are compressed and the balloons deflate, This process is automatic and natural. Avoid placing in front of or under the air conditioner.
• When the balloons are placed directly in the sun, the latex or metallic material heats up to the point of bursting. You should not leave the bouquet or decoration in the car as the heat and steam will cause them to deflate or explode.
• Latex balloons with helium last between 24 to 48 hours, microfoil / foil balloons last from 7 to 15 days with helium gas, depending on the temporary conditions or the use that is given to them.
• When the balloons are punctured, deflated or burst they must be discarded. Keep waste away from children and pets as they can drown.
• Microfoil balloons are transmitters of electricity. Please avoid bringing them close to power lines.
• The client must indicate if the person to be surprised is allergic to latex, to avoid the material in the decoration. We are not responsible for the consequences generated by contact with latex balloons if the customer has not reported allergies or problems with this material.
• The client must inform everything corresponding to the elaboration of its decoration, colors, Bouquet, design, personalized balloons, age, name and reason (birthday, love, baptism, communion, happy day, etc.).
• We will upload to our social networks and website, photos of the client and their decoration or Bouquet, if you do not agree with the publication of these images, please notify us. We promise not to publish the client, however, we will publish our work (only one of our decorations, only a Bouquet of our work).

Paymenth methods

• Credit card: The easiest and most practical way to make payments and it is completely secure.
• Bank transfer: As a concept of the transfer you must indicate the order number and your full name. In order for the process to be faster and to process your order as soon as possible, you must send us the receipt of the transfer to [email protected]
• Paypal: secure online payment with credit and debit cards. Remember to have your data updated in Paypal. Ticka Decorations is not responsible for problems arising from errors in your personal data in Paypal.

Service Cancellation and Returns

• In case of cancellation of the service prior to 24 hours before delivery and in case of having received the full amount of the payment, only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• We do not accept returns of products, at the time of withdrawing or receiving the order, the customer must ensure that everything is in perfect condition. If there is any factory defect in the products, they will be replaced immediately.

Warranty

• Once your balloons are delivered in optimal conditions, its duration will be the customer’s responsibility.
• In inflated balloons there will be no changes or returns.
• Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this contract. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that may be suffered

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

• The services are managed by Ticka Decorations, which is located in the state of New Jersey. You agree that any conflict related to the terms and conditions described above will be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey in the United States of America.
• At the time of placing your order, it is understood that you accept all the terms and conditions described above. The person making the purchase must be at least 18 years of age.
